Malvina was born in Cuba, of Spanish and Swedish descent,
and also lived in Miami and New York during her formative
years. In 1959 - a traumatic year in Cuban history - made
her stay in New York. She resided in Spain until 1980, when
she returned to Miami.
She joined American Express Bank International as a private
investment-banking officer in charge of Argentina, Brazil,
Chile and Paraguay. She also traveled extensively to Venezuela,
Colombia and Panama.
In 1993, she struck out on her own in Miami and became a
real estate agent joining ESSLINGER-WOOTEN-MAXWELL, the most
prestigious real estate firm in South Florida. Malvina is
a consistent Multi-Million-Dollar producer as well as a member of
the Chairman's Club.
She is one of the few realtors to hold the professional
designation of “GRI” (Graduate Realtor Institute)
and be a “CRS” (Certified Residential Specialist).
Only 2% of all Realtors in the United States have earned the
right to be called CRS. Last but not least she also holds
the "RECS" designation which stands for Real Estate
Cyberspace Specialist.
