Ricardo was born in São Paulo, Brazil. He grew up
in São Paulo where he graduated in Data Processing
Technology & Management System in 1984 from the Universidade
Mackenzie. He earned his MBA with emphasis in International
Business from the University of Miami in 1997.
In 1986, he joined Joseph E Seagram as System Analyst based
in Sao Paulo. In 1991, he was transferred to Miami as Manager,
Information System for Latin America traveling extensively
throughout Latin America and Europe supporting sales, marketing,
finance, manufacturing and operations.
In 1999, he joined Diageo’s food manufacturer The
Pillsbury Company as Regional Director, Information System
for Latin America and South Africa leading the Information
Technology area providing support to all business functions.
In 2001, The Pillsbury Company was acquired by General Mills.
In addition to his responsibilities he also coordinated
the Worldwide Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plans
for General Mills International.
In 2005, he decided to embark on a new career joining Esslinger•Wooten•Maxwell
Realtors, the most prestigious real estate firm in South
Florida.
Ricardo is hard-working; self-starter who invariably understands
exactly what a customer need is, from outset to alternative
exploration to selection of best options.
Ricardo is a resourceful, creative and solution–oriented
person who is able to come up with new and innovative approaches.
